Is it possible to execute any command on the console of device (eg "df"), or call the sh script, is also desirable to obtain the results of execution.

Is it possible?
1. Write to /cache/recovery/command file
2. Reboot device into recovery mode
3. Get how much free space in /system
4. Read file from /system

Reading and writing to files is possible with the File object.
These folders are not accessible for unrooted phones.
A reboot method can be added to the phone library easily.

Not sure about finding the free space.

I have a fully rooted phone, but don't have rights to write in /cache - Permission denided, Why?

I guess that you need to somehow run the application as the root user. Not sure how it can be done.

maybe you can create superuser library to access this functions? I think this library will be very popular and useful

While searching for more information I did find a way to run shell commands. Not sure that you will be able to run those commands as super user though.
