HTTP library v1.4

This update fixes a bug regarding the usage of the POST method.
Setup instructions:
- Download and unzip the attached file.
- Copy HTTP.dll to Basic4ppc libraries folder:
C:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\Basic4ppc Desktop\Libraries

Hi Erel,

I tried the SOAPExample program.
It works with the original libraries in B4PPC Version 6_30.

But in Version 6_50, I get 'Communication error', even with the last libraries.
