Our aim is helping you find your ideal property, holiday home, rental accommodation or investment in Bulgaria the EASY way.
Our database contains information on properties/rentals and descriptions direct from the Sellers/Renters, so that you can choose for yourself what to view and when, therefore saving on travel costs and time.
The details on all items should be genuine and up to date. If you find a case where this is not true, then please notify us as soon as possible, so we can investigate and if necessary, remove the item from the database.
You will find viewing very straightforward and simple to use.
After clicking the 'Search' option from the Menu, you will see a list of all available areas with items that match the search criteria. (Varna, Sofia, Shumen, Burgas etc).
The numbers in brackets on the right indicate the number of properties currently in each area i.e. Varna (8) has 8 properties available in the Varna area (depending on your settings). Please select your preferred Area option.
The next option will break the area i.e. Varna, into villages within that area and present another list again with a number on the left to indicate how many properties are in each Village.
Again, after selection you will be presented with a short property description of Properties in the selected Village.
After selecting your Property of interest, you will then see all available details for that item, with an image, price contact etc. The 'OPTIONS' button on the top right of the screen can be selected for any contact details, telephone, email, SMS etc or to Bookmark the property . This puts you in 'Direct Contact' with the owner or agent.
You can use the 'Menu' or the 'Back' to return to the main menu or go back a stage at any time should you change your mind on items.
This can be used to store a property for quick retrieval. You can add as many as you like and can delete when given the opportunity as in Delete or View bookmark when selecting a property from the Bookmark list.
Default settings are already configured to show a search for all current entries for sale or rent in our database.
The defaults are:- Search on 'All Properties' for sale at ANY price!
These can be changed by selecting the 'Settings' button from the Menu and selecting from the available options.
After selecting your preferred options, click on Save to store these details for future use. (They can be changed again at any time by once more selecting the settings button, where you can modify your settings again or you can select the default button to restore the default settings). Again, click the Save button to store your changes.
You can enter your preferred budget limit, so only items lower or equal to your set price limit will be shown.
To show all items, please set this field to blank and save (or again, press the 'Default Settings' button.
This requires an internet connection and will update the app with any new properties,translations, languages or products made available since app installation or your last update.
You can change the language from the available list. There may be more languages added depending on user interest and requests and any new languages will appear after using the 'UPDATE' option on the main Menu.
