I don't recommend using that library. There are better and simpler solutions such as B4XPreferencesDialog.

Did you update the SDK? Try installing a new one following the instructions exactly. Don't run SDk Manager - it is not usually needed and can cause problems if you don't know why you need to run it. https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html

Why do you still use such an old B4A version? I would suggest you a complete reinstall. Note that you must follow all the steps AND download everything new from the installation guide: - B4A 13 - Java 19 - New SDK + Resources Only 64bit systems are supported. If you have a 32bit system wait.
