iOS Question B4i-Bridge installation problem

I am trying to install b4i-bridge on a mini ipad 5th generation which I just have updated to the latest fw, however when scanning the QR code and upon the b4i-bridge app being insalled, when launching it, I see an error that says Unable to Install "B4i-Bridge" This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified.

I've searched the forums but haven't really found a concrete reason or even an answer to this, I have enabled Developer mode, installed the b4i certificate, created a new certificate and provision file with a wild character id, but still can not install b4i-bridge on my ipad mini, any tips/suggetions? I've spent the entire day yesterday and more than half a day today and still can't figure this out.

UPDATE
I just try installing b4i-bridge on my ipad 9th generation and I was able to install just fine, now I'm even more puzzled, is this an issue specific to my ipad mini 5th generation, my ipad 9th generation is on iOS 17.6 which is older than the firmware on my ipad mini, what's going on here?

You likely already did, but double check to ensure you've correctly added the UDID of your iPad 5th before downlading the cert/prov

Yes i tripple checked and made sure the UDID is already added, still can't understand why this only happens on this ipad.

I've read all the posts and believe I have done everything correct and the devices are in developer mode and the UDID is registered but still get the error when trying to test on 3 new devices. Works without issue on my 2 devices and am using Hosted Builder. Not sure if Erel needs to do...

Are you using a development cert & provisioning profile or a distribution (ad-hoc) cert/profile? If using the former, I would try using a distribution cert/profile. I had a similar issue some time ago with development certs and have been using distribution certs ever since without any issues. I really don't see any reason to use a development cert when a distribution cert does the same thing plus gives you the capability to test the build outside the IDE and make the transition to the App Store build easier.
