Android Question SDK Manager Problem

Can't seem to get the SDKManager to open:

Any help MUCH APPRECIATED

Tried this too and added "android-28"

Then SDK Manager again, but the same error message:

I'm going to presume that you are using an Intel processor and that your virtualisation is turned on for your processor in your system BIOS, I'm also going to presume that you have installed Intel HAXM software, absolutely nothing to do with your error just making sure.

Okay, the error is clearly saying that you're having communications issues (Failed to connect), I know that you are on the internet as you have posted on here. Have you tried disabling IPv6 on your network adaptor???

You don't need to install anything with the 'ready to run' SDK. Just configure the paths.

Try this tomorrow and turn off my VPN too
