Android Question Bluetooth IR or WiFi IR - Help

I am using a Samsung tablet (only has 1 usb port - which I need for charging, one headphone out which I use to connect to my AMP)

So it appears I only have Bluetooth to use to send IR codes

My music program needs to send IR to my AMP to turn it on and put it in the right mode for playing music (select the right inputs, set the volume)

ALL the Bluetooth IR senders I have looked at what you to use there APP to send the codes. Has anyone found one that we can send the codes (I have all the codes - use them in my windows program that I am trying to replace) without using someone else's APP.

ANY help would be appreciated - AS always I will share anything I get working

Well I came up with a work around.

Turns out my Marantz SR5008 supports WiFi commands

I around an hour I was able to open a Socket and send it the commands to do what I need.
