Another library is BAnano by the same developer of ABMaterial, I dont use it too much, but I understand is a transpiler from B4J to JS, to excute the js on the frontend.

True, though in most cases implementing a server like this is a mistake. jServer is much more powerful and also simpler. If you don't want to build a http server than Mqtt is a very good option which is also powerful and simple.
