Android Question save byte voice list to root to mp3 file

hi, i have one list,list of fill byte (voice byte) ,how can save this list to one root to mp3 file ?

Thanks, but I record the sound using the audio library and the sound recorded by sterem it is stored in a byte list variable. I want to store this recording in one of the phone's memories

Save the bytes to disc.
Use liblame to encode it to a mp3.
Copy the created mp3 to on of the phone memories.
