Dont know if it works from a service. I gues no.
You only can make a snapshot of your app activities.

Yes, here is the context used of activity. But how to check a remote device's screen, if any content there.
Maybe open a transparent activity before screenshoting ?

UPD: transparent activity for making the screenshot is ... stupid idea , tested (just black screen)
