iOS Question Firebase Notification - on/off custom sound

hello, i'm using push notification and using custom sound. How can I let the user choose whether to have a custom sound or not. There is a siren sound, so not everyone might want a notification like this.

Subscribe to a different topic based on the sound preference.

The notification is handled by the OS which means that once the server sent the notification it cannot be modified on the client.
