Hi,

is it possible to implement something like this in B4i, or is there already something comparable?
I didn't find anything in any case.

I need to check when my app launches if it was being updated, because i need to make a view that only appears when the app is firstly installed to appear again after being updated.

I guess that you have some settings file. Add a version field. If it is lower than the current version then show the message and update the settings file.

This is really invalid code. It makes a http request on the main thread. Something that will cause your freeze whenever the user starts it.
