Android Question ¿Como puedo cambiar el idioma de una App de forma automática y en tiempo real?

Saludos a todos!!! Espero que se encuentren muy bien, perdón por incomodarlos. Estoy interesado en desarrollar una App en la cual exista una ventana de configuración para escoger por ejemplo el fondo, el idioma de la app, etc, pero no se como hacer esto. ¿Me podrían ayudar por favor? De ante mano les agradezco mucho su colaboración. Dios los bendiga !!!

A suggestion:
1-You should ask this question in English (you are in the English forum) or do it in the Spanish forum

2-You should fragment the question into simpler matters. For example: How to call a new activity ?, how to change the background color ?, how to change the language of the application ?, how to save the modified parameters ?, etc...
Use the forum search engine. You will find many of the answers to the previous questions.
If you cannot find a concrete solution to your question, then ask it in this magnificent forum. Who knows the answer will gladly help you

But don't pretend we do your job.
