i have already installed the last versione of SDK

1. Delete the SDK.
2. Download the two components: https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html
3. Unzip them with 7zip.

No need to run the sdk manager at all.

ok, now compile without error, but don't load apk into device

app work fine if i load apk from usb connection and install it.

Do you see the APK in the objects folder? Might be an overaggressive anti-virus locking the file.

Yes the apk file is present, i haven't a specific anti-virus, only defender of windows

Looks like the SDK is still misconfigured and it cannot find adb. Have you unzipped it with 7zip?

It is a large zip and windows built-in zip feature is broken.
