Android Question [IME] HeightChanged in Fullscreen

Since IME Heightchange doesnt work in Fullscreen and even not with invisible Bars, i was searching for another way and found many workarounds for this:

This is not easy to achieve. I tried doing something like it earlier this year but couldn't get it to work.

I think what the workaround does it to programmatically turn on and off full screen when switching activities. I never got it to work though.

Maybe someone has gotten it to work that can share with us
