Set settings such as screen timeout and network mode

Can basic4android set system setting slike the display screen timeout setting or the Network mode for the phone connection (switch between GSM and WCDMA)?
I'd also want to be able to toggle the "Use packet data" setting.

Not all settings can be programmatically set (in Java or Basic4android).
Try to search this site there are several examples for setting at least some of these options.
