Wish 3.0 or 2.0?

I'm just wondering, would it be better to use "3.0" or "2.0" as the next version number; because of the rewrite? I personally would suggest bumping the version number up to 3.0 as having a 0.20 increase isn't that big for such a update.

It will probably be v2.00 (I don't think that the version number is too important).
