3.5mm audio jack magnetic card reader

I am just wondering if anyone has a library to decode the output of a magnetic card reader attached to the audio jack. ( similar to the square reader )

There's a java library that'll decode the output of a magnetic card reader. This app is based on that library. One thing to note is the square reader wont work with it unless you modify it to bypass the encryption chip. It's not hard to do if you can use a soldering iron.
