3G and WiFi Toggle

Hello, I am VERY NEW to Basic4Android. I need a code to turn on and turn off wi-fi and 3G on my Android device. Anybody can post a code to do that, to let me learn?

I'm not sure that it is possible to programmatically change the 3g state.
