404 while trying to download the B4R User's Guide

Hello,
i just downloaded and installed B4R. Following the link from the B4R product page to the B4R documentation page i tryed to download the B4R User's Guide. (https://www.b4x.com/b4r/files/UserGuide.zip) i get a 404 "not found"-Error
