Android Question 5.02 update5.02 update

Hi I am having trouble running the 5.02 update
when i go to run the downloaded .exe i get the error.
You do not have the permission to run this file what am i doing wrong?
I am running on a admin account
and using Firefox.

Right click on the file and choose Run as administrator.

If it doesn't help, choose properties and look for an "unblock file" option.
