I just tested the link and it works correctly on my side. Sometimes GitHub downloads get interrupted depending on the browser. Try downloading the file using a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) and see if it completes successfully.

Try to log-in to github and see if it helps.

Today... it runs ok.
