Android Question android.permision

Hello guys,
Some help appreciated with the meaning and what to do next.. today I ran and old app
that was running fine before, only to get the following message and app stopped

Java.lang.SecurityException: Sending SMS message uid 10240
does not have android.permision.SEND_SMS

Any help appreciated.

That's correct, Erel.. somewhere I read on this forum you advised us to use targetVesion be 26.. it was 19
