What happened? Reversing too fast?
I am having bad habit of reversing my car too fast and too near to the obstacles at the back. My girlfriend always scold me as I damage the car bumper once a while. Now I have installed a reverse camera and also act as a video recorder when driving.

the problem is that the camera did not see it and also not the reverse sensors. the tree is in the wrong place. you can see that the car near to me is going backward so he will not disturb the traffic on the street in front of him. so my mistake was a bad calculation. i wish life would be like coding. have a problem -> press stop -> fix -> press play again to rebuild your life (like in b4x ide)

the good news is that it is a company car ?
i will get another car until they fix it and give it back to me. it is just a bad way to start a day ...

so my mistake was a bad calculation

If it's any consolation: when I was much younger, reversing up the side driveway at home in the dark, I was being extra careful and thinking "keep wide, don't hit the house, don't hit the house" so I kept wide and hit the tree on the other side instead.

Good learning experience, though - I haven't done that type of mistake again. ?

Someone should have put a warning signboard. Something similar to “Caution! Mind you head” for pedestrians.

I never rely on just the tech in my car, every single time I take notice (visually notice) what is is surrounding the space that I'm reversing into. But saying that, that tree branch should never be anywhere near where vehicles are parking

The main thing is that are okay (yes it's only a little ding). Dam it, you've not had that car long as you were involved in another accident a year or two ago.

Luckily for me, I've never ever been involved in an accident and no I'm not 'Driving Miss Daisy' lol

this was long time ago maybe 4-5 years. it was with my old mitshubishi lancer. after that i bought a new car (my first new car) toyota verso. but sold it about 2-3 years ago because i received a company car (Mitsubishi Outlander) the one that i crashed today.

btw, 5 minutes ago i received my replacement car until the other one get fixed and i wish it will take long ?

this is what they gave me (a real monster car):
