When you enlarge the page by 500%, the button slides down. This may be a clue.
Is the button visible when you enlarge or shrink the page?

Opera ... Zoom out to 500% and back , button visible at all times.

My screen resolution: 1366x768
The smaller the screen resolution, the lower the ratio. The higher the screen resolution, the higher the ratio.

Same on all four of my browsers mentioned above. It scales perfectly on zoom.
