Android Question a unique challenge (for me)

hello,

those of you who are familliar with Waze know its feature to come back to focus when a phone call comes in or i just open another app - it will automatically return to front and keep on navigation.

how can i do it with my own app ?
i want to make it possible when the user opens another app and mine is sent back to pop it up again after X seconds so it comes back to front

any one can help ?

waze is the most popular navigation system in the world...

what i want to do is explained in the original post...

if the user launched another app ontop of mine and my app is now in the background,
i want within say 15 seconds to pop my app back to the front

Use CallSubUtils to start a sub after the given time (mybe from a service and call a sub in the service). Start your activity inside the sub then....

WAZE is a type of Navigation App with traffic and now recently businesses as you drive pop up on the screen.

Put in the starter service:

Sub StartMainActivityAfter5Seconds
 Sleep(5000)
 StartActivity(Main)
End Sub

Call it from Activity_Pause:

CallSub(Starter, "StartMainActivityAfter5Seconds")
