B4R Question a very novice question

I just started to use B4R for programimg ESP32 dev kit processor, my first try is to connect to wifi, using the toturial.

i program for 25 years using verious systems, but this is my first try with boards...

i did connected the board, and choosed it from the list, in COM3.

but as a novice, i can't understand what happening. i do see the compaling, until the end. and then nothing happen. i can't see any loging. or something else that happen.

should i see the log in the logging window? if not, where can i see it? (i couldn't find a "serial screen" like in the arduino IDE).
if i should see it, what do i do wrong? i just want to see something...

On the ESP32 you must press the GPIO0 button, when log says 'uploading'
You should start by trying to make a LED blink.
