What is the "AppPublishStartURL" in ABMShared in ABMaterial?

This is the 'real' url where you will publish your web app. It is used to generate the sitemap.xml file that can be published to search engines like google.

e.g. for my demo, it could be something like : AppPublishStartURL = "http://prd.one-two.com:51042/demo"
