I'd like to do CCTV from an Android App to a Web Browser via internet

is it possible to use ABMaterial, log in via ABM, choose your Client Device (that's OK), and see your Android Camera on a control, also enable/disable the flash, Zoom in/out via the Web, adjusting the fps ...
