You can't. This is not an ABMaterial restriction, but something that just does not work with websockets. See Erels answer https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/how-to-add-cookies-in-a-ws-thread.44311/#content

Note that you can add cookies from the client side with ws.Eval: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14573223/set-cookie-and-get-cookie-with-javascript
