ABMaterial is
free for commercial and non-commercial use for 99.9% of what you are going to write (like a CRM, a WebApp to collect data, make reports, any 'normal' WebApp actually). There is only one exception is the
TYPE app, which is:
YOU AGREE NOT TO DISTRIBUTE FOR A FEE AN APPLICATION USING THE LIBRARY THAT, AS ITS PRIMARY PURPOSE, IS DESIGNED TO BE AN AID IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE FOR YOUR APPLICATION'S END USER. SUCH APPLICATION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, A DEVELOPMENT IDE OR A B4J SOURCE CODE GENERATOR.
This exception was added because of some abuse of someone who made a tool that
generated ABMaterial/B4J source code and then sold this tool on this forum. It was a tool
intended for programmers, not for a normal WebApp end-user. In the case of this
TYPE app, you are not allowed to sell it.
The same limitation applies to
BANano also by the way. You can write WebApps with it (and even write a BANanoLibrary and ask for a fee to use it), but you
can not make a tool/BANanoLibrary that
generates BANano/B4J code and then sell this tool to other programmers.
