Is there a way to add a background image to the website that scales within the size of the browser window?

I am creating an app that has no navigation bar, or title bar, but just controls on the main screen. I would like to have a background image (like I have in my regular apps) that fits the browser window no matter the size.

any ideas?

Figured it out. stupidly easy that I overlooked it. "SetBackgroundImage"
