Hello, people should be able to lock their own threads.
Owners of plugins that are not updated in this way, whose support has expired, will lock the topic and prevent it from coming up again.

I don't think that it is technically possible. Libraries that are no longer relevant should be moved to the libraries archive. Developers send me a private message and I move it.
