Android Question About webcam streaming and rtmp

I have an rtmp server using nginx is there any way to stream the phone webcam to rtmp server?

What is a/the "phone webcam"?
I do not know any Library for Streaming to rtmp though.

If you mean the device camera, I may have 2 different solutions that could work but which I still need to test and I don't want to set up a server again. Maybe we could try together?
Now I am busy but in 2 weeks or so I could give it a shot. If you are interested, send me a PM.
