abwifi cant find location

i use ics 4.0.4 and cant seem to get the location with this library. anyone having the same issue? same code works on 3.2 without any problems.

Since a couple of days I've been told about the same issue in two phones, both S3, using one app that uses ABWifi to get approximate location.

I think it's a problem of mixed permissions in the apk and some devices, but I'm not sure...
