Wish Access to Android/data on SDK30+

Hi, I have seen LOADS of posts about this, and have tried all the solutions (that do not solve the problem)

I am aware this is a security improvement. and belive this is the reason that posts like this are just given a blanket (its not possible response)
I am aware it IS possible as several apps actually do it.
I am not after stealing any data or anything sinister

My niche is app loaders.
so game emulators - adding frontends and hacks
kodi build installers - for the technically challenged

Now I have offered CASH in the business forum, and been given clues and apparently it is possible but maybe more CASH will help?!!!

So, for myself and anyone who is willing to chuck cash at this, Im going to offer £50 for a solution. If you need this solution just comment how much you are willing to give, and we can sit here adding up all the pledges hoping someone will see this as an incentive to actually post a solution, Im personally trying anything and everything....

I really liked my niche....

My tablet has gone in for repair so im currently using windows 11 so im using Windows subsystem for Android.as it seemed to replicate the problem im having with Android 11/12

Sorry I posted here, part way through our other thread as it seemed like a good idea! I wasnt meaing to offend you in anyway. I was just trying to get another perspective.
