Android Question activity title backgroud color

The default color of activity title is black. How can I change the color? Itried this but no change in color

Hello rogel a. tolentino

I changed my activity black color from designer. It also allows to set a background image.

I have done it already. My problem is to change the background color of activity title and a menu.
