this will show the app icon

B4X:

#IncludeTitle: True

or set it to false and create your own activity title using diff. views(panel, imageviews etc.)

Another option to @lemonisdead link, is the CSBuilder tutorial if you are using B4A 6.80 and up:

@ronell i went show (icon) in activity title bar not show/hide title bar.
@lemonisdead unfortunately i received this error (Error
Maven artifact not found: com.android.support/appcompat-v7) when i start project
