Android Question ADB-Location

Hi!
I get this error-message everytime i start the emulator, but i can´t find the "extended controls". Can anybody help me fixing this?

extended controls

It is a menu item in Android Studio.

I can´t find it, do i need a different version?

According to link, it is belong to emulator device itself.
After opening the emulator, To open the Extended controls window, click More . . . in the emulator panel
