Android Question Adding YouTube Player to a View

How do I embed the YouTube Player into a Layout as a View?

Currently it is just loading as an Overlay over my whole UI. I would prefer an experience more like the YouTube app where I can see a thumbnail of the video and then click it to watch the video.
