It's not really fair to call this a bug, it's more of a cosmetic thing.
It just seems reasonable that, when an upload was successful, the Cancel is disabled and the Upload is changed to Done or Close, or something like that.

Huh, I never even considered that as an option. You mean, like if the user wants to upload another app to the store at the same time, because they want to publish them all at the same time?
