Adjust Layout at runtime for Different Resolution

Hi,

I was developing MIS application (Management Information System)that contain 112 Layout in Samung Galaxy Tab with resolution 600 X 1024,Now I purchased Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1 With Resolution 1280 X 800.My Problem is creating Layout again and again for different devices.Is there any way to adjust layout view at programtically (runtime). so that I can run this application for all device with different resolution.Pls post example code to adjust layout at runtime.

You can get the device layout with GetDeviceLayout or Activity.Width and Activity.Height and set the views accordingly. You can also use %x and %y to position the views programmatically.

Sorry,I am very new for Basic4Andorid,I don't know how to set view.Pls advise and post example code.

You can change the views position by calling:

Button1.Left = 20dip
Button1.Width = 80dip

If you like for example to position a button in the bottom left corner you can use:

Button1.Left = 100%x - Button1.Width
Button1.Top = 100%y - Button1.Height
