Android Question admob ads do not appear

Friends, I implemented Admob and debugging is showing ads but after I publish the app my match rate is 0%, no ads appear in the same app on google play. How to know the reason for this occurrence?
My B4A version is 9.0 and my firebase-ads 17.1.1
just a few apps, all sdk 28 and new age rating already assigned

What are you seeing in the log? Are you catching the event for failing to receive ads (like below)?
