Android Question Admob can't find ...\google_play_services_lib\res

I'm trying to install Admob. I have followed the instructions in the tutorial. But I'm having a problem with step 3 to add #AdditionaRes: to the project attributes. When I try to run the app and start the AdMob module I get the error shown below. I can find no similar subdirectory(s) anywhere on my system in any of the android structure. Where is it?

ERROR: resource directory 'c:\android-sdk-windows\extras\google\google_play_services\libproject\google-play-services_lib\res' does not exist

OK. I'm trying to setup up FirebaseAdMob and get the following errors:

OK - FirebaseAdmob is working but I have a usage question. I'll post separately.
