Android Question AdvancedCamera 4.00

Hello:

On android 4.0 the "AdvancedCamera FlashTorch" an Geocoder works good,
I loaded the same app to Lg L9 android 4.1
and it does nothing, with either one: no error no nothing.

Does anybody have any ideas on this ?
Do I need "permission" ?
Is there any other library maybe I can use for "Torch" and "Geocoder" ?
