There are now a number of libraries available to work with different advertising providers.

Does anyone have an opinion on which one is the best?

He's the one that created most of the advertising libraries.

I also suggest to follow ssg's blog.
It is very informative and he does a lot of experimentation and analysis.
So far it seems that LeadBolt Notification ad's are doing the best, but there are a lot of new types of ads too.
