such a Alert-Dialog(without checkboxes and radio buttons) is possible?

The functionality is exactly the same as InputList.
If you want to remove the radio buttons you will need to create a custom dialog with agraham's Dialogs library: Basic4android - Dialogs

How are the add-on's architected? Are there docs on how I can do this?
