Hi everybody! I have a simple question, I'd like to manage two version of my app, since now I've made two different apk, one free an the other payed, so I ask if it's a good practice to build just one app that check the presence of another app that act as licence, in other words the second app should do nothing, it's presence shows to the main app that the user had payed. It's a good idea or not?
Thanks in advance!
I see at least two weak points.
1. Nothing keeps a buyer from giving away the license-app
2. What if a "pirate" installs a do-nothing app named after your license-app?
