Bug? Android 5.1 phone with errors

Good evening, I'm trying to use 1 tablet from Hyundai HDT7435G4, I'm using version 8.0 and some functions are not working:
Example log (), runtime permission

Erro Log :
Failed to get GED Log Buf, err(0)

The same for logs.
