What you consider a good percentage for Active Installs on a free App?

50% is really good I believe
The Average seems to be more like 33%

But this really depends on a lot of things

Hi,

Untill now my app is always around 48%. Probably due to a specific group of users.
What I found interesting is the raise in downloads/active users after I added a description in Dutch on the market.
So: any volunteers in Danish, German, French, Italian etc.?

That is good to hear 50% is a good mark. I though I was getting bad result.

That's a great point Helen, didn't think of adding some lines of
language translations in the description.

I also think adding a youtube demo / instructional video you make
to the android market page, helps get you more downloads
